StrollerFit:

Need to exercise, but want to keep your little ones with you? Join us for a fitness adventure in the park. Pack your stroller and enjoy an invigorating workout in the great outdoors. Get fit, have fun, reduce stress, & socialize! Take multitasking to a new level. This unique fitness class makes exercise an enjoyable experience. 


RECESS 4 MOMS classes will incorporate body weight exercise, partner drills and resistance bands in a fun and creative format. Participants will lose weight, improve strength and posture, increase stamina and energy, and gain more flexibility with our highly effective total body programs. (Note: You will need a sturdy stroller to participate in this class.)


Class Fees:  We totally understand the need to be flexible and affordable when you have small children. Our rates are competitive and you can pay as you go OR save money by purchasing a punch card pass. The passes never expire and can be used for any RECESS 4 MOM class at any location.

 

Class Rates:

  • First class is always free
  • 6 session punch card pass = $48 ($8 per class)
  • 12 session punch card pass = $72 ($6 per class)
  • Drop in rate = $10 per class

Class Days/Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays - 9:30am at Long Park in Haymarket (we meet at Manassas Mall when the weather is cold.) Don’t like these times? We can form a group to meet your schedule. I need a minimum of 3 people to start a new class. Call 240-994-5523 for more info.

"I've been training with Lenae on and off for 2 years now. The first time I trained with her she suggested a certain way of eating. I poo pooed her. I lost some weight but it was very slow going. Note from Lenae: Eric lost 46 lbs and ran a marathon with his sister. He had previously tried "every diet under the sun," but nothing worked for him. We began consultations over the phone and e-mail since he lived 8 hours away from me. After about 5 months, Eric had developed much healthier habits and was greatly enjoying his newfound energy. He now walks 6 miles a day, lifts weights consistently, and has made eating 5-6 small meals per day a way of life. He's ecstatic about his success and loves to share his story.
